In the past couple of years, the Ten Commandments have often made the headlines. Probably the most notable has been the case of Alabama's Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore and his fight to keep a two-and-half-ton granite monument of the Ten Commandments in Alabama's Judicial Building. A HuffPost article caught my eye the other day. It was entitled why the ten commandments are unamerican. Each commandment was given and a brief explanation was provided. The author didn't simply believe they were unamerican, he obviously didn't like them at all. I think a lot of people probably feel the same way.
