This is a very short series which we are calling “Christian Nation.” In just two weeks and in one chapter, 1 Peter 2, we will talk about how we understand ourselves as citizens now of the United States or of any country, and in light of who we are as citizens of the true Christian nation, the people of God in Christ. In the second half of 1 Peter Chapter 2, Peter will help us understand how we are to engage now as primarily citizens of Christ but also as citizens of the United States.
