Exodus: Delivered to Dwell

by Drew Hunter

In the story of the Exodus, Israel is delivered from slavery to dwell with their Savior. Israel was delivered from Egypt, and then they were brought into a covenant with God. This is the movement of the story of the Bible and the plot line of history. What Exodus says is the purpose of Israel’s salvation Peter says is the purpose of our salvation. We are delivered to dwell with God.
