Rise Above: An Easter Message

Luke 24:1-8

Good Morning! This is Resurrection Sunday, the day we celebrate our Risen Savior, Jesus Christ. There were three words I just said that are very significant:

We CELEBRATE. We gather together to rejoice in Him and to experience His presence with us.

We celebrate our RISEN savior. That means that He is no longer subject to the grave. He ROSE on the third day and HE IS ALIVE!

We celebrate our risen SAVIOR! Jesus is the savior. He is the savior of the world. No other one, and no other God, can save you. He was there all along just waiting for my call. You know how I know He is real? You know how I know He is alive? Because He has been faithful to me. He has heard me when I called and has never left me nor forsaken me. He has given me His life and I have given Him mine.

Let's read it in Ephesians 2:1 And you He made alive, who were dead in tres ...
