Introduction: Spurgeon said, "Souls conscious of ignorance shall be taught of the Lord." Awareness of need is the first step toward supply.

I. Conscious of need in face of conflict

Application: There is conscious need for:

Salvation - a civil war is raging within your life. You need release, meaning, discovery, etc. In terms of Scripture, you need to turn from sin to the Savior and give Him your life. You recognize your need ... but have you procrastinated in receiving Him?

Service - giving yourself to serving God and His church; to teaching and reaching and caring for people. As a Christian, you need to and want to, but have you made yourself available to Him?

Support - giving faithful account of the stewardship of your money. You have wanted to give, planned to give, but are you doing it?

Application: Many have found their need fulfilled. Some have not. Why?
