Daniel 10:7-14

Thank you to Eli and Gabi. That skit shows the behind-the-scenes work that God is doing on our behalf. We don't see it but God wants us to know that it is He who is working all things together for good behind the scenes for us.

Our problem is that we look at the surface or the here and now as the indication of God answering our prayer, and when we don't see a response from God, or we don't see the answer come to pass in the timing that we expect, we get discouraged. In last week's message, we talked about the GAP between praying the prayer and receiving the answer can become the devil's playtime. We fuss, we get discouraged and fearful. Where is God? Is God real? Did he receive my prayer?

If God had a computer system in heaven, you would get a ''prayer received'' message back every time, and simultaneously another message saying, ''your package has been shipped!''

But we are called to do during that span of time is TRUST GOD.

We emphasized last week that from the moment that we pray, not only does God hear, but the answer is on its way. We talked about a figure in the Old Testament by the name of Daniel who saw into the supernatural realm where Angels were fighting against demonic powers in the heavenly realms to bring an answer to Daniel's prayer.
