I want you to take God's word tonight. We want to study tonight on the subject of "Mountain Moving Faith". I want you to turn first to Matthew Chapter 17 and then we're going to go to the Book of Mark. We came to this passage a few weeks ago and did not speak on it because I was reserving it for tonight.

I want to speak you tonight about Mountain Moving Faith. You may be surprised to know but God will give you that kind of faith, no matter who you are. You don't need to be a preacher, you don't need to be a deacon, you don't need to be some great apostle. The Bible teaches that the Lord has made available this faith for every one of His children - Mountain Moving Faith.

The kind of faith that will help you in daily living. In Matthew 17:20, Jesus is speaking to the disciples about why they could not cast the demons out of a demon possessed lad.

"AND JESUS SAID UNTO THEM, BECAUSE OF YOUR UNBELIEF: FOR VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, IF YE HAVE FAITH AS A GRAIN OF MUSTARD SEED, YE SHALL SAY UNTO THIS MOUNTAIN, REMOVE HENCE TO YONDER PLACE; AND IT SHALL REMOVE; AND NOTHING SHALL BE IMPOSSIBLE UNTO YOU."

What a tremendous, tremendous statement. Faith as the grain of mustard seed. Then I want us to go back to the Book of Mark tonight. Mark Chapter 11, just turn over to Mark 11 and notice what Jesus says about this same subject mountain moving faith in Mark Chapter.

And here He speaks about that same kind of faith. Look at Verse 20 of Mark 11. "AND IN THE MORNING, AS THEY PASSED BY, THEY SAW THE FIG TREE DRIED UP FROM THE ROOTS. AND PETER CALLING TO REMEMBRANCE SAITH UNTO HIM, MASTER, BEHOLD, THE FIG TREE WHICH THOU CURSEDST IS WITHERED AWAY.

AND JESUS ANSWERING SAITH UNTO THEM, HAVE FAITH IN GOD." Now what Jesus said in the Greek language, in the original is this: "Have the ...
