When Jesus is securely fastened to our inner world, our spirit, we have the peace of God that passes all understanding of the world. The world or people who haven’t experienced the peace of God, do not understand how peace works. Peace is a comprehensive term including the benefits and blessings of salvation that God brings to us through Christ. Today, we will examine peace in the storms of life. Nature has many storms of various severities. We experience 16 million storms worldwide per year and 100,000 storms in the USA, with 10,000 classified as severe. We have gone through some amazing storms in the recent years with Hurricane Katrina, Ike and the tsunami in Indonesia in 2004. Storms are real and storms will come. Are you ready for the unprecedented storms of life?
