You Can't Go Home Again
Rex Yancey
Mark 6:1-6
Thomas Wolfe wrote a book entitled "You can't go home again." The book is about a man named George Webber. He is an author who has written a successful book about his hometown. He chose a skinned covered tabernacle as his dwelling places instead of an elaborate temple. Joshua erected a monument to God that was made of rocks and not marble. Samson killed a thousand enemies of the Lord with a jawbone of a donkey. David killed a giant with a slingshot. Five loaves and two fishes provided by a boy fed a multitude. "God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise."
