When we pray, our prayers are limitless. The reach of a prayer is boundless. Our prayers truly do affect what happens in your home, our neighborhoods, our continent, and in other nations abroad. We have prayed for our loved ones at war across the planet on the battlefield. Our prayers were answered. We have prayed to steer hurricanes paths away from our continent. And our prayers took effect. We have prayed to affect systems in corporations and government. What we prayed came to pass just as we prayed. How, you may say, does lil ol' me have the power to pray away a hurricane? We know God does have that power. And He has regard for those who acknowledge Him, and those who pray. He treats us as family. And we read about how He tells us to treat family - a certain way. That makes sense. When we are in relationship, we consider the one we love and who loves us. We try and impress them with the things they like most. We like spending time with them. With prayer, we are in contact with our Heavenly Father, Who is also The King. The King of the Universe has no limitations. His arms are not too short to reach any place we pray for Him to reach. Our prayers can touch any place at any time.
There are situations we want healed. There are things we cannot do much about in the realm of the flesh. We have talked, we have listened to people, we have thought and acted, but not much has helped. We have learned that our battle is spiritual. We have the armor that we can battle spiritually and win. We have talked about examples of spiritual battles that have been won in prayer. The battle is fought in prayer, if only we can believe to put our priorities in proper order.
