Series: Fast Track Your Career
Pastor Chris Brown
Genesis 1-2
In the beginning…and the end:
Genesis 1 & 2, Revelation 22:3-5, Luke 19:17-19, 2 Timothy 2:12
The first role that we see God in is as a worker.
We were created to work with God and for God.
Even heaven will be a place of work.
How to do what we are made to do:
Colossians 3:17 & 22-25, 1 Peter 4:8-11, 1 Corinthians 7:17-24 & 10:31, Matthew 5:16,
Ephesians 2:10 & 4:28, 2 Thessalonians 3:6-13
1. Work like God assigned you your job, because he did.
2. Work like you are on a mission, because you are.
3. Work like it is your worship to God, because it should be.
4. Don’t commute between your spiritual life,
and your vocational life.
Taking it to work:
- Your work matters to God, and his Kingdom.
- Attitude is everything!
