I want to just give you a verse of scripture tonight, Psalm 126 and Verse 6. The Bible says, "HE THAT GOETH FORTH AND WEEPETH BEARING PRECIOUS SEED SHALL DOUBTLESS COME AGAIN WITH REJOICING BRINGING HIS SHEAVES WITH HIM."

I don't have time tonight for a lengthy message but I just want you to think about that passage of scripture just for a moment. The Bible tells us a tremendous promise, "HE THAT GOETH FORTH AND WEEPETH BEARING PRECIOUS SEED SHALL DOUBTLESS COME AGAIN WITH REJOICING BRINGING HIS SHEAVES WITH HIM."

For the last several Sunday nights and on through August we are going to be thinking about people need the Lord. We re going to be thinking about the bases of our outreach ministry and why we do what we do, why our church has a conviction that we need to go out into the highways and byways and share the love of Jesus Christ.

Why we want to build a Sunday school, why we want to help people grow in the Lord and a discipleship ministry, why we want to reach out through a benevolence ministry as we are going to Monday night and Tuesday night as we provide free school supplies and food for people who are needy.

Why do we do all of this? Because we believe God's word teaches us that the primary objective of every believer is to be a witness of the saving grace of Jesus Christ.

You know when I think about this particular promise in God's word the first thing I think about is the commencement of soul winning because the Bible says, "HE THAT GOETH FORTH". You have to have a plan and a time when you go forth or you may not go forth.
