INTRODUCTION: Discovering and developing your personal core values is a key to successful Christian living and ministry. The personal core values you believe in and apply to your life will be foundational to everything you do in life and ministry. Core values signal your life's bottom line and make it clear what you believe and what you will live your life by. Where do you get your values? What is the source and what are your resources that you use to build your values? What are your irreducible intrinsic values for living your life?
Matt. 7:24-27 "Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it."

Underlying all the basic teachings of Christ, there are significant principles and values which are essential for successful living.
Prov. 4:20, 22 My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. For they are life to all who find them, and health to all their flesh.
