Galatians 2:20
Paul the Apostle said, " I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live ; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."
It is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in Me. He lives, He lives, Jesus is alive in me, and it's no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me.
The CROSS. It offends. The CROSS, it polarizes. The CROSS, it legitimizes. Because of the CROSS, I am saved, I am healed, I am delivered, Because of the BLOOD OF THE CROSS, I am cleansed, I am washed, I am redeemed. BECAUSE of the CROSS, the ransom is paid and I am redeemed.
Jesus told a religious man named Nicodemus, you must be born again to see and enter the kingdom of God, and then Jesus went on to tell this religious man who followed the law of Moses, that John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up : 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish , but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish , but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Jesus was lifted up on a cross, to bring salvation to mankind. He became a curse that we might receive the blessing of Abraham.
Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written , Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
