A. God's compassion-the basis of His covenant.

B. God's compassion-the reason for Israel's survival.
1. The prophets' re-iteration. Isaiah 14:1

2. The believers' comfort. Lamentations 3:21-27

C. God's compassion-the motive of salvation.

D. God's compassion-the model of Christ.
1. Demonstrated in attitude. Matthew 9:36; 14:14

Those who have participated in team activities know the value of team spirit. The French call it "esprit de corps"-"body spirit"-an expression which transfers easily to the church-the body of Christ.

I. How to Generate Team Spirit in the Church.
