INTRODUCTION: God has something to say to all of us this January. This is a season in which the Holy Spirit is going to speak precisely and concisely to each one of us and to us as a congregation. God desires to speak clearly because He has specific objectives in mind. Thus it is to our great benefit to know His voice, understand His thoughts and listen very carefully. His voice waits to be heard and having heard it we are launched into the greatest, most exciting adventure imagined. His voice!

1 Sam 2:35 And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever.

Prov 23:7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. "Eat and drink!" he says to you, but his heart is not with you.

God has thoughts toward you that will help you achieve what is in His heart and mind.


I. GOD DESIRES US TO KNOW HIS THOUGHTS TOWARD US
Jer 29:11-12 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Ps 85:8 I will hear what God the LORD will speak, For He will speak peace
To His people and to His saints; But let them not turn back to folly.
