Today we focus on the fifth faith declaration, "I Will Turn to God at All Times." Everyone experiences a bad day, bad week, a bad year or turbulent times of life. It might come at us with a crisis - words like, "It's cancer," "I want a divorce," "you're fired," "Bankruptcy," or "I hate you and never want to talk to you again!" Some things in life are unjustified and are harder to handle. What do you do, how do you cope, where do you turn? Every person must make the right turn toward God and not turn away. When we feel stripped, bare and dry, or when life is at a loss… is there a way back? Yes, you turn to God!
Psalm 27:9-10 Do not hide Your face from me; do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take care of me.
