In the summer of 1986 my parents got a condominium that they rented for the summer right on Lake Conroe, we lived in the Houston area and all my family lived in the Houston area. And so it was really cool and they would let the kids, I have 2 brothers and 3 sisters, and they'd let us come and use the condo. They'd say what weekend do you want it and you can just come and use the condo and Debbie and I had just gotten married, we'd only been married a few months, and I said ''Man this is great'' because we are like most married couples and we didn't have much money and this was a free lake condo to go to and it wasn't going to cost much. So we said ''Super'' so we picked the weekend, we were just going to do the one night thing. We lived about 45 minutes from where this condo was on Lake Conroe. So we got everything together we packed up and we left our apartment and we drove and we were probably, I don't know, 3 or 4 minutes from the destination and it dawned on me. I forgot the key to the condo and they didn't have a key there at the place. I mean it's like if you lose your keys to your house you can't go to your neighbor and he's got keys, you know they didn't have the keys and I just couldn't believe I forgot the keys and we had been driving for almost 45 not remind me about the key?'' Ladies have you ever realized have you ever found out that when your husband does something dumb it becomes your fault? How many women have ever experienced that? You know why that is? It's because God created you to be our helper. That's what we have in our head. And so I was upset with Debbie, I said ''Where were you on that one, helper? I mean why didn't you remind me?'' I didn't, I really just blamed myself I said ''Ah what a dummy.'' And so we drove back to the apartment got the key drove there and instead of being a 45 minute trip it became a 2 hour and 15 minute trip and it put a lit ...
