Introduction
I want to make something very clear at the beginning of our study---WHAT GOD DOES IN THE LIFE OF A PERSON IS REAL! You see, there are only 2 types of people who are in this building at this very moment. 1)- There are those who are saved. 2)-There are those who are not. (There are the 'saints' and the 'aints'.) There is no middle ground. These are the guidelines and principles of God's Holy Word.
There are only 2 types of Christians. 1)- There are those who are living in obedience to God. 2)- There are those who are living in disobedience to God. There are those who allow God to work in their lives; and there are those who are doing what they want to do in their Christian life. *The amazing thing about the Christian life is that eventually the realness of your life will be exposed. Let me say again that WHAT DOES IN THE LIFE OF A PERSON IS REAL! And the realness of God's Work should be allowed to continue in the life of His children.
[There is a children's song that goes something like this:]
"He's still working on me,
To make me what I ought to be.
It took Him just a week to make the moon and the stars,
Jupiter, earth, the sun and Mars.
How loving and patient He must be;
He's still working on me."
The Bible tells us in {Psalms 19:1}- "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handiwork." This universe in which we live is a huge billboard that advertises the handiwork of God. The moon and stars, Jupiter, earth, the sun and Mars, along with the rest of creation is just a massive display of God's Power.
The creation of the universe is a great work of God. It is exactly as the Psalmist describes; it is a display of God's handiwork. The creation and existence of this universe does not confirm the absence of God - it confirms the ability of God. Creation shows God's real work; it ...
