Today we reach the last week of our study, Faith: Planted to Grow. But this in all reality, this study is NOT over…it has changed lives, and it continues to change lives as Jesus Christ Lives through each of us who Know Him as our Savior and Lord. Plus, God continues to use this study way beyond our church here at DBC.
Let me share with you an email I received this week from my friend who was in India ministering to the pastors over there.

Jerry,
Thanks so much for your note. I'm even more grateful for your prayers. All is well here. Last week we visited several mountain villages in the far north, near the Chinese border. As you can imagine, it is a very controlled area and foreigners have to get an inner-line permit (very much like a second passport) to go there. Anti-Christian laws (there really called that) are in effect there, but the lord is working powerfully among the people. I preached every night at a different church. They practice their faith openly, but I have a tourist visa. So, they had people walking the perimeter to watch for police as I spoke. No problems were encountered.
Yesterday was the first day of the first workshop. Being Sunday we began with worship and Communion. For the opening session, I used John 1 with Jesus calling Andrew, Peter, and Nathaniel and Christ's first miracle as the Scriptural text. Then I moved into your material for "planting the seed" of faith. It worked seamlessly and I really appreciate your graciousness to share.
I've been keeping a daily report on my website at www.noblepurposeministries.org/blog. You can see some of the amazing things that the Lord is doing.
Blessing to you brother...In Him, Dan
Folks…I want you to stop and think about what ...
