UnMasking the Myths of Homosexuality
Ernest Easley
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
I must tell you that these days not only do I have Georgia on my mind, I have our nation on my mind, and I am greatly troubled. We are seeing the unraveling of the American dream, the dream that our forefathers had when they first came to these shores.
According to the Family Research Council, the American family is what's now in danger of crumbling. Unless the American people rise up to defend this indispensable institution, we could lose marriage in a very short time.
It was recently announced (Feb 24, 2011) that the Justice Department will no longer defend the Federal Law of marriage between a man and a woman. They are now saying that it's unconstitutional. Our current administration reminds me of Pontus Pilate who decided to simply wash his hands from the conflict and compromise his personal beliefs in order to go along with the crowd.
Ladies and Gentlemen: the Judeo-Christian foundation of our country is collapsing and crumbling before our very eyes. For now over 40 years, the homosexual activist movement has been chipping away at the moral fiber of our nation. Their agenda is clear: the universal acceptance of homosexual acts and relationships: morally, socially, legally, religiously, politically and financially.
We're being told that it's a matter of "civil rights." And to oppose their agenda is a form of bigotry. They want us to believe that they were born homosexuals and they cannot choose whether to accept or reject and that they cannot change.
It's time for us to unmask the myths of homosexuality. I want to show you how the homosexual movement is built, not on facts or research, but on mythology.
Take God's Word and turn with me to 1 Corinthians 6. Here we find a reminder to us about our bodies as we begin:
