INTRO: I want you to take God's Word now this morning and be finding your place at Revelation chapter 21 if you will. Today, we will be concluding our series of sermons on the second coming of Christ that we began at the beginning of the summer entitled, "Ready Or Not. . .Here He Comes."

I hope and I pray that you have been equipped by this series. I hope and I pray that you have been educated by this series. But even more than that, I pray that you have been encouraged by this series to be more active and more aggressive in telling others about Jesus, because as we've seen as we've looked into God's Word, Jesus could come at any minute and when He comes it will be too late for those who have never been saved.

Now, I know that I've done this every week, but I want to go through the events that we've covered that are coming up on God's prophetic calendar one more time just to make sure that you've gotten them down good and clear.

The very next thing on God's prophetic calendar is what? That's right. It's the rapture of the church. And again, the rapture is that time when Jesus will come back with a shout, with the trumpet of God and the voice of that archangel. When He does, the Bible says, all of the redeemed from all of the ages will be snatched up, caught up, raptured and transformed into glorified bodies to meet the Lord in the air.

Next there will come a time of reward for believers that is known as what church? That's right, the Judgment Seat of Christ. Jesus will call us together corporately and out individually for a time of revelation, review and reward. He will go through our lives to see just what kind of service did we have, what kind of walk did we have with Him after we were saved. And in return for our righteous works, the bible says that we will receive victors' crowns and jewels to in turn lay in reverence an ...
