INTRO:
(A) ... Series: THE NAMES OF GOD ... Knowing God: The Answer to Your Greatest Needs ... The names of God are God revealing Himself to His people at the point of their greatest need.
1- Whatever you need ... God is more than able to meet that need.
2- Nowhere is that more evident than in the "name that is above every name" ... Jesus.
Phil. 2:9-11 "Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,"
and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
* All that God is ... is found in Jesus!
* 700 years before Jesus came, Isaiah predicted that He would come and what He would be called ... what His names would be.
* In His names ... we see how Jesus meets our needs.
-- Jesus is God come to meet your needs in 3 ways:

I. JESUS OFFERS YOU ETERNAL LIFE Vs. 6 ... a Son is given...
