II Corinthians 8:7
I am speaking today on "Found Faithful in Our Giving". I want you to look at II Corinthians 8:7. I received a letter not long ago and it is the first letter I have received in a long, long time about the matter of preaching on giving in the church. I have preached on giving throughout my ministry and taught God's people what the Bible says about giving but this was the first negative letter I received in a long time about preaching on giving. The person was suggesting that you shouldn't preach on giving.

The word believe is an incredibly important word - Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved. The word pray is an incredibly important part of the Christian life. It is used 371 times in Scripture that we are to pray. The word love is used 714 times. And in deed we are told that if we do everything else and if we do it without love it amo ...
