As you are turning to the NT book of Ephesians .. let me say to you that are new to RSBC or perhaps considering RS as your church home that this fellowship .. with Jesus Christ as its Head .. is a fellowship about people.
We are committed to introducing people to Jesus Christ. We have found peace with God through His Son Jesus Christ and therefore, we want everybody to have a personal relationship with Him. That's the driving force behind JIF. We're not talking about building buildings for the sake of buildings .. but for the sake of people without Jesus. These new facilities will enable us to reach more and equip more for years to come.
But we are equally committed to providing opportunities for our membership to grow and to become all they can before God. We are committed to strengthening lives ... strengthening homes .. strengthening marriages and we're doing it several ways:
.. Sunday School on Sunday mornings.
.. Discipleship Classes on Sun/Wed.
.. Witness Training
.. Cancer Support Group
.. Special Conferences for Men/Women/Students
.. our next conference is the weekend of Feb 25-26th: "Our Marriage Matters to Me." That conference will help "tune up" our marriages.
.. Preaching Ministry .. I just completed a series on Financial Freedom where we discovered some of the timeless truths God has given us regarding our finances. I also encouraged you to sign up for Crown Financial .. a 11 week biblical based guide to help you get your personal finances in order.
Now starting today and for the next couple of Sunday mornings .. from the Word of God .. we're going to focus in on our homes .. our families for: Family Matters. God wants you to have a happy . healthy and holy home.
