We have one of the greatest most strategic locations for a church in this city, in this state, and in this nation. We have been given by God Himself one of the greatest opportunities any church will ever be given.
Today, hear my heart. We can not afford to be just another church. We must be laser focused on our mission - who we are, why we are here and what we believe we ought to be about. To help people be different by knowing Christ and growing in Christ and to make a difference by serving Christ and sharing Christ. Cross Pointe Mission
If you do not buy into that mission statement, we will never be what God wants us to be, we will never do what God wants us to do and we will never become what God wants us to become.
I want to tell you the single biggest danger we now face as a church. As we add programming, ministries, and staff we could lose sight of our main objective. We could easily forget and forsake what our real business is. What is it?
