Most of the things in our lives that can help us succeed will be determined by our choices.
BAD NEWS:
Most people fail to make right choices
e.g. Plenty room at the top. It's crowded at the bottom.
PEOPLE WHO CHOOSE TO LOSE:
1.LACK OF COMMITMENT (TENACITY, STAYING POWER)
Difference between hot water and boiling is only one degree. Most people live their lives at 210 degrees or 211 degrees. it is at 212 where the power, energy and momentum enter our lives. That one degree is not giftedness, talent or genius but is the result of the choices you make.
Difference between ordinary and extra-ordinary is very small - usually about 10% winners enter the Winner's Circle, not by superhuman achievement but by doing 10%better in significant areas.
Difference between a guy batting 250 and 350 is that he gets on base one more time of of ten. He bats 10% better and gets paid 300% more.
Difference in a quarterback's completion record. Usually about 10% or less. Namath had a 6.5% better average and it made him a standout - highest paid quarterback.
