Revelation 12:1-17
Introduction
1. Chapter 12 marks a new beginning in the study of the book of the revelation. We are going to be looking at much of what we have already seen before, butwe are going to be seeing it from a new perspective, in chapters 4 through 11 we have been looking through a telescope. But from chapters 12 through 20 we will be looking at things through a microscope.

With this introduction we are now plunged full force into the most terrible period in the history of the world, the last three and one-half years of the great tribulation.
4. Jesus himself said that it would be a time of trouble unlike the world has ever seen. But it will be specifically the time of ''jacob's trouble.'' one of the focal points during this time, and the people who will receive the brunt of the evil wrath of the devil will be the nation of israel.
