Some of the best prayer warriors and prayer partners are our Ladies. Some of them can tell you about how they experience the Power of God working in their lives almost every day, and how they have seen God use them to minister or meet a need when they didn't have a clue how they were going to help out; they can tell you about how God moved mountains to bring one of the rebellious or wayward child to saving knowledge of Jesus Christ; they can tell you how they saw their prayers answered when a loved one was returned safe after fighting in a war; they can tell you how they saw God's power demonstrated through them as they prayed together with other ladies for a missionary, and the needs of that missionary were later reported to be met at exactly that moment in time when they were praying to the Lord.

Some of our ladies right here can tell you they've had this happen in their own lives. God wants all of us, our moms, our ladies, our men, our children, you and me, to experience the Power of His Spirit working in us... so if your not experiencing God's Power of His Spirit in your life, a good place to start is to check out your prayer life.

James 4:2 says, "(NIV) 2 You want something but don't get it. You kill and covet, but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight. You do not have, because you do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures."

Just look for a minute at those final words in verse 2... you do not have, because you do not ask God.

I'm not going to give you a long list of things to do that if you follow them you'll have effective prayers... because it is NOT following some 'pre-prayer check list' that will release the power of God's Spirit in you, instead it is something really simple.
