Galatians 4: 13
The Book of Galatians! It has been my privilege to try
to teach this book in three great churches. I was with
Brother Jimmy Waters in his tremendous church in
Macon, Georgia, and I recommend that church to you if
you are ever through there on a Sunday or Wednesday.
Stop in and fellowship with those dear people. It is
one of the warmest churches I have ever been in. Time
and again we have been together. We went through this
Book of Galatians together in five great services---
Sunday morning, Sunday night, Monday night, Tuesday
night and Wednesday night---great crowds coming,
listening to God's Word. For an hour and a half we
were in each service with just a break to rest the
people a moment, then right back into the text. My,
what a blessing it was to our hearts!
Then we were with Brother Joe Brown and his people at
Lake City Tabernacle here in the Atlanta area. When
the pastor said to his people, "Hold up your Bibles,"
there was a great field of Bibles. Bibles all over the
place! Those people came and sat and listened night
after night, one of the quietest and most attentive
audiences I have ever known for responsiveness and
receptivity. They wanted to hear the Word.
Then we where with Brother Charles Drake at First
Church, Lithonia, teaching the Word of God. Many
friends there spoke to us and told of the rich
blessing received, and it is because of the BOOK, the
Spirit of God teaching the Word of God! The Bible is
LIVING. "The Word of God is LIVING and powerful and
sharper than a two-edged sword" and today it is LIVING
to the heart of every believer.
So as this Book has been such a blessing to my own
heart, I felt that I must bring it to our radio
audience. I hope you will share this with friends. Get
others to hear these truths---saved and unsaved. Know-
ing this Book will be a good test of whether we really
know God's Plan of ...
