WHERE TO GO TO GET THE BLESSINGS OF GOD

Ephesians 1:3
Friends, we read in Ephesians 1:3, "God hath blessed
us with EVERY spiritual blessing in the heavenly
places in CHRIST JESUS." And yet there are so many
Christians walking around impoverished rather than
over-flowing with the blessings of the Lord. Why is
this?
Well, the answer is that many really don't know where
to get the blessings. I hope this message will be of
help to many people.
The Cross
The first place of blessing, of course, is the Cross
of the Lord Jesus Christ. We must come to the Cross
before any of the other blessings can come to us.
In Exodus 29:42 God speaks of the burnt offering,
which is a picture or type of the Cross of Christ.
"This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout
your generations, at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation before the Lord, where I will meet you to
speak there unto thee."
The Lord said that He would meet the people and speak
to them in the place of the continual burnt offering,
the place of sacrifice.
The place where God meets us is at the Cross, and it
is a place of blessing!
Worlds of people never learn this and are going around
with condemnation in their hearts. I've met so many
people lately who have been divorced and they feel
condemned about it and talk about living in adultery
in their second marriages. My friend, if you have
repented of your sins. God blots them out, and when He
forgives He forgets. He says in Mark 3:28 that all
sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men except the
sin of rejecting Christ, which is the unpardonable
sin. And this forgiveness of sin is found in the shed
Blood of Christ AT THE CROSS.
So the Cross is a place of blessing. At the Cross the
Blood was shed to pay for SIN. Why should you suffer
for something Jesus has already suffered for?
