Exodus 32:32

Now friends, I would like to speak to you on the
subject, "How You May Know Your Name is in the
Lamb's Book of Life." This brings up the subject of
THE ASSURANCE of our salvation. Everyone wants to know
for certain, "I am SAVED."

All through the Bible we read about people whose names
are written in a Book, written by God. These people
are saved. How can I know that MY name is in the
Lord's Book? There are several Scriptures that relate
to this subject. God tells us very definitely how we
may know our names are in the Lamb's Book of Life.

which Thou has written." Moses already knew and was
certain that his name was in that Book. He doesn't
speak of the Lord writing his name in it; it was
already there. He does speak about blotting out his
name.

Now, of course, Moses did not really want his name
removed from God's Book. He was caught up in
tremendous love and pity for the sinning people of
Israel. Here we have a man of compassion who loved his
people so much that he was willing to have ...
