GOD'S CURE FOR HEART TROUBLE

John 14:1-3.
"Let, not your heart be troubled."
"Ye believe in God, believe also in Me."
"In my Father's house are . . . mansions."
"I will come again."
"I will receive you."
We are living in a day of troubled hearts, troubled
minds! People are afraid. Afraid of war, sickness,
death, loss of health, old age, separation from loved
ones, and a thousand other things! Our mental
institutions are filled with people whose minds are
ruins, whose lives are wrecked. A new science has
sprung up to combat this terrible plague of FEAR. That
science is psychiatry. Books are pouring forth from
the presses trying to stem the tide of broken minds
and bodies, trying to SAVE MEN FROM FEAR!
We do not need these books. We do not need
psychiatrists. All that these books and men can say
has been said, and said more simply, by the Great Sa-
viour in these blessed words above, from the Holy
Book, the Word of God!
These words, if read, believed, and kept in the mind,
will bring constant peace and victory over any and
every fear, every trial, every distressing
circumstance, every heartache, every sorrow that, may
ever come your way.
The Great Creator is no Frankenstein. He has not
placed us in a world of sickness, sorrow, tragedy, and
death, and shut us up to a hopeless fight against
enemies far greater than we can withstand. God is not
like the cat playing with the helpless mouse that it
has caught until its amusement is spent with the death
of its victim.
God has created us as VICTORS. He intends that we
shall be MORE THAN CONQUERORS. He has ordained a way
whereby we may be TRIUMPHANT OVER ANY AND ALL CIRCUM-
STANCES!
And this "way" of VICTORY is not hard! It is so simple
that a child may understand and walk in it. It is the
way of FAITH!
Jesus says the way to maintain an untroubled heart is:
Believe In God
