21 For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.

The hard facts are these. Most people in churches do not have the mind of Christ, which we saw was to place the interest of others before our own. Many people who are active in a church still put their own interest before the needs of others. The mentality is still, what’s in it for me and I come to get something out of it. We have seen clearly that the interest of Christ was unquestioned humility, which in turn, revealed that he was more concerned for the interest of others than for His own needs. Unfortunately, many in Christianity are still putting their own needs first before others. Some of you are still putting your own needs first before the needs of others and that can be easily proven.

1.) How many of you are giving out the message of the saving gospel of Christ to the unsaved this week?

Do you know why you will not do it? Because you are more concerned about yourself than you are for others who need salvation.

2.) How many of you are faithfully attending the fellowship with the intent of either agitating or participating in an environment of love and good works?

Do you know why you will not do it? Because you are concerned for your own interest rather than the interest of others.

3.) How many deep and abiding relationships have you made in this church with each other or myself, or other leaders?

Do you know why you will not do it? Because you are concerned for your own interest rather than the interest of others.

4.) Some of you absolutely refuse to grow spiritually, you are still playing games with God while being a stumbling block to believers in this fellowship.

Do you know why you do that? Because you are concerned for your own interest rather than the interest of others.
