Good morning everyone! I am so excited to be back home! The Lord has blessed my socks in Puerto Rico. We are empowered and ready to start 2024 with a fresh revelation, great motivation, and a vessel full of faith! I can travel the lengths of the earth and sit at the feet of the greatest teachers in the world, but there is nothing more rewarding than being at home with my people.
I love this house!

I want to echo Hilda's gratitude today. Yesterday was an amazing day, and we know that God is and will continue to do amazing things in our city!

B. Introduction to Message
This morning, I want to talk to you all about the book of James. Before we go into the scriptures, I want to tell you a little story: This month of November has been one of the hardest, most challenging months of my life. From getting sick to walking alongside others in hardship, it's been a charged month. I typically go with the flow, but the Lord challenged me this month. I kept telling people-myself included-"Count it all joy." Even the neighbor's dog heard it. And yet I struggled with it myself. But the Lord, in His mercy, made me live what I preach.
This week, I didn't just say "Count it all joy"-I lived it. Even this morning, I had to remind myself: COUNT IT ALL JOY! I'm here to tell you-COUNT IT ALL JOY! There's a reward attached to this!

James 1:2-4 (ESV):
(2) Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds,
(3) for you know that the testing of your faith produces PATIENCE.
(4) And let PATIENCE have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
