So I wanna talk to you today about why Jesus breaks us out of the prisons we sometimes find ourselves trapped in because he does right? We have a prison breaking savior. I love the way Jesus described the reason he came. He said the spirit of the Lord is on me because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.

He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoner, recovery of sight for the blind, and to set the oppressed free. Jesus came to break us out of the prisons we sometimes find ourselves trapped in. And so I wonder if anybody's here today to celebrate that Jesus has broken you out of a prison that you're trapped in.

Maybe it was the prison of sin, maybe it was the prison of your past. Maybe it was the prison of patterns of thinking. You kept finding yourself in. Maybe it was patterns of problems in relationships. But is anybody here today to celebrate that Jesus has broken you out of a prison? Yeah. I'm glad this is gonna be a weird message if that was silent right there.

But maybe you're here today and maybe you were silent in that because you're not really here to celebrate that God's broken you out of a prison. You're here to seek it. You're here to seek a prison break because you're stuck in a set of circumstances that feel like they're never gonna get any better, right?

Maybe you're in a prison, in your marriage, you feel like it's just spiraling outta control and it's just getting worse and worse, and it's never gonna get any better. Or maybe your kids are going prodigal and you're. Feeling like you're caught in a prison of a relationship with him.

That's never gonna get any better. Maybe it's your finances just feels like it's a prison. Maybe it's patterns of thinking, maybe it's anxiety and fear and depression and or anger, something like that. And so you're not really here to celebrate that. He's broken you out of a prison. You ...
