Title: Grace To Reach
Author: Jeff Ecklund
Text: Ephesians 4:11
Proverbs 11:30 (NASB95)
30The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who is wise wins souls.
We started last week on a series that has to do with outreach, evangelism entitled "Cross the Road"

There is a difference between someone making a decision for Christ and becoming a disciple!
F. Damazio puts it this way:
Getting a Decision for Jesus:
-a brief verbal commitment
-response without full knowledge of cost -emotional more than spiritual
Making a Disciple:
-commitment
-Incorporation into a church body
-Ongoing relationship with Jesus
-Changes lifestyle and wins others to Jesus
Big Idea is you start with a decision and follow through with discipleship

Acts 5:12-14 (NASB95)
12At the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were taking place among the people; and they were all with one accord in Solomon's portico.
13But none of the rest dared to associate with them; however, the people held them in high esteem.
14And all the more believers in the Lord, multitudes of men and ...
