Today we were supposed to have Todd Fisher join us.

Todd recently had an awful accident where he basically broke all the bones in his body and the lady who hit him passed away in the accident.

One of his big goals was to be here on this Sunday to preach this Sunday.

Yesterday as I was driving back from Arkansas he sent me this text.

Hey bro, I hate this so much, but I'm not going to be able to make it tomorrow. A few days ago a knot started forming on my right leg above my ankle (the one that is more severely injured). They are worried it could restrict blood flow to my foot and want to confirm it's not a clot.

I asked him about preaching and he said no. I must have it elevated the next few days after the procedure. I just hate this happened. I was so looking forward to being there. I am typing this with tears in my eyes. I am so tired of this injury keeping me from doing things. Please tell your folks how much I will miss being there. Love you bro.

PAUSE AND PRAY FOR TODD.

The new road we longed to have - yet God was n ...
