1And again He entered Capernaum after some days, and it was heard that He was in the house.
Most important person in the house, this house or your house...Is Jesus. Where he is there is always hope, joy & peace...
When we made Jesus the center of our lives, our house, things began to change dramatically.
When our marriage was centered in Christ there was hope....When our parenting was centered in Christ there was hope.
We were navigating these things now with the anchor of God's Word guiding us in the things of our house, because He was in the house.
When Jesus was the center of our finances, things began to change dramatically. "Where your treasure is, your heart will be also".... We made the decision to give, to tithe regularly and it changed the financial picture of our family both present and future, trusting God with our finances.
If I could trust God with my eternity, why shouldn't I trust him with my finances now?
It's amazing the power of testimony to draw people when Jesus is in "the House"....our prayer is always that as soon as people enter the parking lot, get out of there car they sense something is different...
When people share what God is doing in their life it is like a hope magnet if you will..
In the story of Jesus casting legions of demons out of a man, the man wanted to follow Jesus but was told to go into town and give his testimony. It was very effective as the next time Jesus preached in Decapolis there was an audience of four thousand!
When you have received healing, hopefully, you reach out to someone who needs healing...
When you have received hope, you reach out to someone who has need of hope.
Mark 2:2Immediately many gathered together, so that there was no longer room to receive them, not even near the door. And He preached the word to them.
