Romans 8:34-39

INTRODUCTION: Adversity and opposition go hand in hand in the life of the Christian. It's because of their relationship with Christ that adversity and opposition always seem to show up in their lives. Some would say it only comes from the world; but the real Christian knows that it comes from all sides, from the world and from the friends and loved ones as well. Let me ask a question... do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try to do what needs to be done, it seems like it's all for naught? Being a Christian gives us notice that the devil will try his very best to knock us down and try to take us out, but we can know that we're already victorious in Jesus. That's why, because of what we've been through, that we can say...I'm Still Standing!

- Th ...
