Now today we are going to finish up our Series on JESUS is BETTER...

We have heard amazing testimonies from those who have declared that JESUS IS BETTER.

I have loved hearing from many of you on your stories as well.

We would love to eventually get all your stories of JESUS is BETTER and share them but I encourage you...

The world needs to hear testimonies of how JESUS truly is BETTER!!

Today I want to end this series with the one who went through some of the most hardships anyone has ever walked through almost from the day he got saved.

GOING TO SHARE THE QUICK HISTORY OF SAUL AND THOUGHT IT WOULD BE COOL TO READ IT ALL OFF THE SCREEN FOR ALL TO SEE

A man from his Early 20s had become one of the most feared Pharisees of the day.

He was trained in Jerusalem under the famous rabbi Gamaliel, a leading Pharisee.

He was an expert in Jewish law, and very zealous in defending the traditions of his ancestors (Philippians 3:5-6)

He was deeply committed to persecuting early Christians, believing them to be a dangerous sect.

His name was SAUL and all Christians feared Him!!!

Yet, Saul in his 30's God did a Miracle in his life.

Saul had an encounter with God!!

Saul was on his way to Damascus with letters from the high priest, authorizing him to arrest followers of Jesus and bring them back to Jerusalem for punishment.

As He approached Damascus, a bright light from heaven suddenly shone around him, causing him to fall to the ground. He heard a voice saying, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?"

Saul responded, "Who are you, Lord?" The voice replied, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting."
