I - The Introduction of God's Servant "John" (1 - 10)
In the Book of Genesis, we see the beginning of this world, while in the Book of Revelation, we see the ending of this world. In Genesis, we see perfection lost, but in Revelation, we see perfection found. In the one, we see sins entrance, while in the other, we see sins exit.
The Book of Revelation is a book of blessings and cursing's, as God encourages us to read it, teach it, and live by it, but those that take away or add to this book, they will be cursed, that is a promise from God. Let us begin our journey into the last book of the bible. This is the 27th book in the New Testament and the 66th book in the entire bible.
A) The Books Authority (1 - 2)
Rev 1:1 KJV - The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John:
This book is filled with all sorts of cataclysmic events, earthquakes, monstrous events occurring in the sea, and even more monstrous events occurring in the heavens, as we discuss heaven, hell, the lake of fire, angels, Jews and Gentiles, but the man reason for this book is "The Revelation of Jesus Christ" as this wondrous book shows us his high and holy "Unveiling."
