In this age of division and hatred, it is so sad to see Christians allow themselves to be pulled into the arena of outright hatred of people due to their political beliefs, their moral deficiencies, or their sinful behavior. As we are drawn deeper and deeper into the abyss of heated hatred, someone must point out that the church has deviated from her original calling.

The church is made up of sinners, we are now saved, but in the bigger picture, we are merely saved sinners. It seems that we have forgotten who we used to be, which is most likely why many act so arrogant and pompous, forgetting that we have been called to display compassion and humility.

1Co 6:9 KJV - Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

1Co 6:10 KJV - Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

1Co 6:11 KJV - And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

In the bible, we never find Jesus attacking sinners, nor did he set up lines of division and demarcation, he merely loved them into the family of God.

Jesus went about doing good, what will you be noted for when the end comes?
