Psalm 139 unpacks some things that are absolutely amazing about the heart of God and the intentions of God towards us.
It's made up of four sections, six verses in each section.

God Knows You

Psalm 139:1-6 (NASB95)

1 O Lord, You have searched me and known me.
2 You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar.
3 You scrutinize my path and my lying down, And are intimately acquainted with all my ways.
4 Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O Lord, You know it all.
5 You have enclosed me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is too high, I cannot attain to it.

Most people want to be known. For something they do
For something they did
For something they will do
It could be the person who "tags" a railroad car or bridge

Carves their name on a tree in the woods, or the bathroom door at a rest stop...(have no idea why people would do that! lol)

Its why people compete, go after trophies...

It's why Evil Knievel would attempt to jump the Grand Canyon... (people don't do death defying stunts with no one watching!)

Why boys show their muscles, do stupid stuff in front of girls etc It's why people do dark things, evil things as well...

In my deep theological research on this I came across a few things that people have done to be "known"...

Rubbed poison ivy all over my face. It was the last day of school in 7th grade and since I'd never gotten poison ivy before I was convinced that meant it didn't affect me. So I started bragging really loudly to everyone around me that poison ivy doesn't affect me and nobody believed me so I grabbed a bunch and rubbed it all over my face....

Spoiler alert: it definitely does affect me. That was a rough start to summer vacation."
