A) The Bible has a lot to say about money. But, many Christ-followers ignore its wisdom because living a financially undisciplined life is less demanding.
1. One of the roles of a pastor is to teach the whole counsel of God's word.
2. Since the topic of money often creates an awkwardness for the speaker and the listener, I'd like to remove that by making 5 promises to you.
3. 1st Promise: I promise to provide practical and biblically grounded guidance to help you manage your finances with confidence.
4. 2nd Promise: I promise to foster a safe, judgment-free space for learning and growth about money management.
5. 3rd Promise: You will not be asked to give a special gift beyond your normal tithes and offering.
6. 4th Promise: You will learn how God's guidance unlocks your financial potential and the rewards that come from practicing biblical stewardship.
7. 5th Promise: I promise to emphasize God's love and grace, reminding you that your worth is not defined by your financial status.
