If you have your Bible, please turn to Genesis chapter 9. We've been studying verse-by-verse through the Book of Genesis. And today, we're going to finish the life of Noah. Noah is a very important person in the Old Testament, and his story and his span and his era are very important because Jesus said that the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. Well, we know that in Noah's days the world was wicked beyond belief, and God destroyed the world with a flood. I was talking to Erwin Lutzer just last week about his new book that he. I can't remember the exact title. But, Erwin's has just got a great handle on what's going on in our times, kind of like the sons of Issachar, they knew, they were able to discern the times in which Israel should do. And I asked him a question. I said, "Do you think that today we are living in the days of Noah?" And he said, "Well, yes and no." He said, "Yes, because the wickedness is great, but in the days of Noah there was only Noah." He said, "The whole world was wicked except for Noah. "Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD, found grace in the eyes of the LORD." He said, "There are a lot of people still in our world that love the Lord and walk in His ways." So, he said, "From that standpoint, no, but from the standpoint of wickedness, yes." And he said, "You know, when you read in the Book of Genesis even in Noah's day, as wicked as it was, they still knew the difference between girls and boys." And he said, "Our world is so reprobate that we don't even know the difference, and we argue over things that don't even make sense from a basic biological standpoint." So, Noah is a key person in Scripture. And we're going to see the end of his life. He lived a long time, 950 years. Lived 350 years after the flood. And the Bible doesn't tell us a lot about him in terms of afte ...
