Title: Christ, Our Refuge (22 of 29)
Series: Walking in Victory-Lessons in Triumphant Christian Living from the Book of Joshua

But in each case and in every case, believers have a place to hide, a refuge in the Lord Jesus. Note, in this beautiful typology, Christ not only leads us like a shepherd to the green pastures, He actually IS the green pasture.
When we need a place to rest, Christ lovingly and tenderly leads us to Himself.
One of the biggest mistakes that believers make is that they believe they need Jesus to ENTER into the Christian life. But then they try to LIVE the Christian life in the flesh.

We see that before us in the cities of refuge that pepper the countryside all around Canaan. I want you to consider with me the n ...
