Scripture: Luke 7:38

Title: Sealed With A Kiss
Text: Luke 7:38, Luke 15:20, Luke 22:47
Author: Steve Wagers

A next door neighbor laid a passionate kiss on his wife. Lady asked her husband "Why don't you do that?" Husband said, "I hardly know that woman!"

A study from a group of German physicians/psychologists concluded - If you want to be happy, healthy, successful, and live longer, give your spouse a kiss before you go to work each day.

Miss less work due to illness
Have fewer car accidents
Earn 20-30% more money
Live 5 years longer

The evidence supports the study that the kissers begin the day with a positive attitude.

A kiss is often an emblem of Affection, Approval, and Appreciation.

(Psalm 85:10) "Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other."

(1 Thess 5:26) "Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss."

You ask me why I'm happy,
Then I'll just tell you why,
Because my sins are gone.
And when I meet the scoffers,
Who ask me where they are,
I say, my sins are gone.

B) FREED from Her PAIN (50)

Gone is the guilt/shame/pain of her past - FREE

She has traded her PAIN for His PEACE
Peace WITH God - Peace OF God
