Mark 13: 3-37.

The word eschatology is not in the Bible. The concept is there, but not the specific word. Eschatos is a Greek word meaning 'last' or 'latter'. Ology means 'presentation of truth by words.' So, the word eschatology is the presentation of truth about events that take place at the end of the age. It refers to God's plan which already set in motion and cannot be altered. We will all, one way or another, experience God's final plan!

God's Plan is Systematic. In the beginning, God formed and molded a nation/Israel, then there was a time of commencement. There will be a time of consummation which will rapidly bring God's plan and this 'age' to His conclusion.

His System works!
The years of man are fulfilled: from Adam to Abraham was a time of 2000 years, the first period of history.

From the calling of Abraham to the time of Jesus is another 2000 years, the 2nd period of history.
From the time of Jesus until now is another 2000 years.

The number for man is '6', and the time of man fills this first 6,000 years.
There will be another period of 1000 years on earth. Does that mean another 1000 years until Christ returns? No! These 1000 years is called the Millenium; the reign of Christ on earth. We are standing at the end of the first 6000 years and just before the beginning of the 1000 year
reign of Christ on earth.
