INTRODUCTION

TIME MAGAZINE A FEW YEARS AGO DID AN ARTICLE ON
THE POST COLD WAR RUSSIA. ONE OF THE THINGS
DISCOVERED WAS AN INTENSE INTEREST IN MIND CONTROL
TECHNOLOGY. FORMER KGB GENERAL GEORGE KOTOV TOLD
